A few years ago, I was caught up in the fast-paced hotel industry, working long shifts and eating on the go, with no real routine. Life felt like a blur, and I never took the time to check in with myself. Over time, I experienced irregular cycles, digestive cramps, and a deep sense of disconnection. I woke up every day not just physically exhausted, but emotionally drained, disconnected from myself.

One day, while waiting at a traffic light on my bike in Shoreditch, listening to a podcast and gazing at the subway trains above the Village Underground, I heard about naturopathy and health nutrition: everything clicked!

I couldn’t ignore it anymore. The next day, I enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London to study biochemistry and nutrition. I dove deep into understanding how the body functions and realized that nutrition alone isn’t enough. To achieve optimal health, you need a naturopathic approach, looking at the full picture and working on all the foundations of your health.
